The Greater Accra Regional Hospital (GARH) has hosted Jamaica’s Minister of Health and Wellness, Christopher Tufton, and his delegation on an official visit aimed at strengthening healthcare cooperation between Ghana and Jamaica.

The visit created an opportunity for discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration in healthcare delivery between the two countries.

During the engagement, the Jamaican delegation interacted with the hospital’s management and staff to gain insight into the quality healthcare services being provided at the facility.

Officials of the hospital said the visit also focused on exploring areas of partnership that could help improve healthcare outcomes in both countries.

The Greater Accra Regional Hospital expressed appreciation to the Jamaican minister and his delegation for the visit and reaffirmed its commitment to building stronger international partnerships in the health sector.
